Second sick chicken

We had a chicken who was obviously sick, so we seperated her from the flock for about 1 week. She escaped, and out of fear if the others getting sick, we shot her. But now my other chicken is now sneezing. Do we need to sperate her from the flock or are they all infected?

A question. Why did you shoot it before trying to treat it? If she was well enough to "escape" she wasn't lethargic or grave....

These are not new hens. They are actually all our original flock. She was not grave, but we spent hours trying to quarantine her again and was unsuccessful. I did not want to risk the help of the entire flock for one hen

Also we did treat the sick hen for a week prior to her escape

I was just asking because the hen that is sneezzing now is at the top of the pecking order. I did not want to separate her if there wouldn't be a benefit to the flock. Any advice would be appreciated
