September Hatch-A-Long!

One of my turkeys hatched! It was a strange one. 2 days early, he pipped, began to zip and then stopped. Then, nothing for 32 hours. Now he is out, but he doesn't look too happy. He is just lying there looking exhausted. If he hears me, he peeps and moves his legs, but nothing else. He is still all wet. It's been three hours since his hatch, but 36 hours since his first pip. Is this normal? Will he just lie there for hours? Should I get him out of the incubator (and give food and water) as soon as he is dry, despite one other egg still being in there? Day 0 is tonight/tomorrow at 2am.

It is my first turkey (and my first hatch, period) so I don't know if he is acting normally or not.

Please help!
sometimes chicks are a little slow getting started but I don't know about turkeys if it hatched it's self most likely it's tough....no need to worry about feeding for a few days let it rest while the other is hatching...keep me informed I have my 1 turkey egg I'm really hoping hatches!

waiting on 5 cream legbar eggs to hatch.. Lock down started NOW.

I have had another loss...went out to put the babies in their coop and found one of the cooper and black sex links chicks drown in the cat pan we use for a duck pond !!! she was so sweet and beautiful....I'm crying for her
I've gathered all the eggs from my sex link I could find...mind you they've been in the fridge....after I bring them to room temp I'm going to be in the October hatch along!! that was the only baby from her I had

ok so of the 26 (i think) sept 9th hatch that i put in lock down(there were 36 originally but several were infertile had 1 blood ring and so far 2 quitters (one a prepip).. 16 are hatched and waiting right now for another 3 to finish zipping... still got a few eggs to go that were hatch days of sept10th and 11th.. so ill just leave the stragglers from the 9th till all the later ones have time to try and hatch...
had to assist 1 little guy he was upside down and backwards. but doing fine now..
but the 15th one to hatch seems to have something wrong with its neck???? ive got it wrapped up tight cause it kept flipping onto its back...any ideas???

quite honestly that happens but they figure it out on their own...probably give it a chance to get it's strength...
