Serama Chick Care, Am I Doing It Right?

He's going to be a good looking rooster. Congrats.
Jeremy is going to look amazing as well! He is getting beautiful golden feathers and a silver/white head.

And Dolly is just a chunky void babu

Serama are wonderful pets. I'm sure you give them love. Don't forget to let them in the garden, especially hens, they need it to lay. Be careful of cats and dogs and sky predators.
My hens are really wonderful : when they consider having played enough in the garden, I find them waiting at my door ! They climb many steps that are higher than them 💪
Me and my dad are almost done constructing the coop and large run :p Though they do get some time in the yard in an old rabbit hutch, this run and coop is going to be a major improvement, and a lot more secure as well.
Also I know how high they can jump as they have flew onto my shoulder from the floor before!

What happened to the third one?

Snowbell started fighting with Jeremy again on occassion so they are kept seperate. They do kinda get along with enough space, but squabble if too close. ^^ The lawn trimmer is Snowbell getting his fancy male plumage!

The old rabbit hutch the chicks spend outside time in as the coop and run is built. They are helping by plucking out the weeds to make space for grass. 😄

Do they get free range time? That little run is tiny even for seramas.
They will once we get the garden secured for them. Right now there’s too many spots they could escape or get stuck.

Edit: They do get free roam time in my bedroom though, but I know that isn’t the same.

That's good. Seramas don't usually stray too far. They like their home comforts!
I've kept them in the past and now I've got 3 chicks along with some other tiny breeds. I absolutely adore them!

How is Scrappy getting along with them?

Scrappy gets along with Snowbell and Dolly, but Jeremy pecks on him so they are usually out at separate times.
There’s the chicken free roaming time and quail free roaming time in my room. The doves free roam as they please, besides night, as they get along with everything.

Once I feel the garden is safe for them I’d like to let the chooks roam about. ^^ The quails will have their own outside play pen while the doves stay inside the house until the aviary is eventually constructed. Squabble is staying an indoor bird though, but I hope to get more pigeons. XD
