I agree with you on the serama! My hens that I got a few months back didn't look like anything special. Now, they are quite nice. They simply needed better nourishment, and for the younger girls, time to fill out. If I wouldn't have kept them, I still wouldn't have more than 1 poor little girl. Also, just because he isn't posing doesn't mean a whole lot. My boys aren't in constant show position. In fact, I have to take advantage of the times they are showing off to get decent pictures... So, that's just my 2 cents
