I went to an auction sat 10/2 10 and they had quiet a few hatching eggs to auction off there sence I had already started my fall hatching season I bought 3 doz Black Giant eggs and came home and started them on 10/2 along with 8 silkie eggs that were in the nest here , anyone have any info on this Black Giant breed or is it just a 'local' name for a black chicken .
