Hey all! Nope, dandydoodle, I didn't set any eggs
I withstood your and Aschenfire's hypnosis!!! Which is good because the five from the last hatch (all still going strong and growing like weeds) and the eight new babies from Meyer are outgrowing their cage already -- I can't believe how much they've grown in a week! But I haven't been on in a while so I wanted to jump over and say hi and wish everyone happy hatching!!! I did clear out a few of my hens -- gave the two NH reds and the oldest barred rock to a lovely lady with a seven year old son who loves chickens, so they're off to a happy life as lap chickens with a big yard to roam in, yay! -- but decided against setting any more, anyway.
With luck, other than rehoming extra roosters, I'll have enough room for all the current avian residents and will be able to keep them all. I'm going to wait till spring and see if any of my new acquisitions go broody
I kept meaning to post pictures but it's been a busy, busy week!
