Both of those breeds are slow to mature, if at this point youre seeing red wattles then its likely a boy, but it is really hard to tell from these pictures. It is an Orpington Cochin mix
Hmm. Can you post some clearer photos of his face? 5weeks is usually too early to tell, especially if it's behind in growth. I'm leaning towards cockerel at the moment, but I'd need a clearer photo![]()
