Seems to be holding now. I've got a camera monitoring it, so I'll check it while I'm gone today and hope for the best. Thanks!
I might have missed if you said what happened with the rest of yours?

I float tested them all and saw no movement in the water. Then I candled 1, no movement, candled the next and the chick was moving around in the shell!!! No internal pip, though. I put it back right away & shut the incubator. But I really think it will die. Any suggestions?
seems to be a murphy week for you and me and a couple of the others . In my rush to get work on Tuesday I forgot to turn on the cooling fans for my Incubators came home that night to very high heat 106. killed most of my eggs some survived maybe 5 not sure . One hatched so far this morning . working at home today but I've broke enough stuff on the job this week I could have bought a cabinet incubator .doing honey dos this morning .I've got three hours of plan changes to do some time today the builder wants to flip three houses front to back but hey man Its no big deal for you. I had already spent hours scaling pier supports that got left off the plan. and three hours to wield a bobcat bucket I broke . so I'm good but a little worried about your hatch. If your element is heating then your controller is going out .you are going to need a new board . I'll say a little payer too .you should be ok just pull a Amy out of your hat .Now I'm thinking I need to replace the battery in my Spot Check thermometer. Got the temp seeming to hold steady, so I turned off the heat lamp, hoping it would hold on its own, but NO. I'm ok with the temp dropping a little, but I definitely don't want to cook them too high, so the heat lamp makes me nervous about that. I don't know what I'm going to do.

I swore I heard peeping in my incubator. I went over to see and I have a pip! I marked it #1 because it had filled up the fastest and seemed to be ahead of the others developmentally, and it's #1 alright!![]()
He's not peeping now though. I hope he's just resting. How do you guys do this?! I'm going to go INSANE sitting by and watching all weekend.
