She, being a friend of mine. She just built a coop and wants chicks.

Tile should be done in about 2 more hours. Then it has to cure for 3 days. They are so out in 3 days.

... I still have some hardware cloth to install along the top, but it's essentially done

can't tell you how many people have said that it's more fit for humans!
My neighbor is happy to see the light at the end of this very loooong tunnel.
But! We get along so well and work together pretty seamlessly so when this is done, we'll do the fence together and then we will redo his kitchen floor with tile, and a couple of rooms on the lower level as well as the lower level at my house. It will take the rest of the year, but it will be fun.
Anyway, I fibbed. I have 3 rows of tile to go, but I ran out of the adhesive. I have another bucket but it can wait til morning. I'm covered in it and rather stiff

That's great you have someone to work with. Makes things go so much better. More fun! It sounds like you are feeling better if you are healthy enough to do all that hard work. Stiff knees have been a plague for me this past winter.

I've made a good recovery and have learned to live with the uptake in sensory bombardment. Sometimes I don't sleep, but I'm back to myself as far as needing to be busy. I work kinda slow, but I have zero injuries from this project outside of a few splinters.
That's been a hard lesson over the last 2 years. Slow Down. Now it's the way I roll...lol.

Cooking with Mylee is still a Thing. She even has 3 cookbooks now.

In addition to cooking, what are her other obsessions?

And slow is ok. I'm good at slow.

She's still horseback riding, she has a trampoline in the backyard which she is So into...if she ever gets tired of it, I will turn it into a chicken tractor.
She's been invited to join the school chorus... She loves to sing and dance, this summer I have so many plans - she will travel east at the end of June for a couple of weeks to see family, and I have her in 2 Jr rodeos when she gets back. Our recreation center has all kinds of activities that I will try to get her interested in, but they have cooking classes that we can do together. I know they have dance classes that she would love. Next winter, she said she would do the figure skating group that she was invited to last winter but declined because she was afraid of being embarrassed...
She's actually sad that school is over.
