See if they'll knock down the price to compensate a little for the cost of moving, but that is a nice coop. I built mine out of scrap wood and recycled materials, and while I didn't spend much for materials (around $250), I spent a fortune in blood, sweat, and tears! If you can save yourself time, you will come out waaaay ahead!

If it ends up being too big to move easily, could you take the top and sides off the coop and put it back together at your house? I had an old dilapidated coop on my property that was pretty big--I thought about fixing it up, but there were so many things I didn't like about it, and I want that spot for the coop that I will ultimately be getting, so I offered it for free on Craigslist, and some people dismantled it and put it in the back of a pick up truck. It was 8 ft x 16 ft.
