Should I get rabies shot

Lo sorry folks I was actually joking which is why I put this in but I thought was the proper forum while chickens are mammals therefore technically you might be capable of catching rabies from them highly improbable I'm aware of that as far as be needing stitches is nothing close to that and as you would have indicated in the post where I said I had to stop laughing when he attacked me again he didn't attack me he just he just bit me. Probably not Behavior I should encourage and any other time when I was with him he would let you pick them up and scratched in between his wings and scratches head but he is a roo the hormones are going to be flowing if not already
Chickens are warm blooded, that doesn't make them mammals..."mamm". Refers to the milk-making mammaries of mammals lol

For the sake of anyone who only reads your opening post, I would edit what you wrote and clarify you're just joking. You weren't viciously attacked by a rooster, nor are your "injuries" serious enough to warrant a trip to the ER.

Roosters can be challenging, and people have no doubt been injured, but to post something that isn't true only perpetuates the bad rap that's so often leveled at them.

Seriously, I don't at all find this to be funny.
