Should Quail Eggs be Shaking at Day 16?

Hi, this is my first time incubating and i'm on day 16 of my Coturnix quail incubation. Iv been watching them and i don't really see them wiggling. Is that a bad sign or do they just not wiggle sometimes. Im using a Janoel 12 incubator if that helps, Thanks.

A lot of people talk about seeing the eggs wiggling around right before they hatch, but honestly in my experience that doesn't happen very often. So if you don't see movement, don't worry, that's normal, they're just fine
