Shout out to Los Angeles

If you mean in Ventura, I sure do want to go! You? I don't show (yet) as all I have is copper black marans and trying for mille fleur cochins, neither recognized varieties... and the cochins are sub-standard anyhow... but I like them and am breeding for vigor and color and fertility first, type later. PM me your address. I have a friend I stop by right by you, Virginia Rogers, a couple houses north of sixth and temescal, across from the house for sale.

Is Ventura going to be a big show? Kind of too far for me..

Perris is practically right next door for me though! Just a 5 minute drive. I keep missing that show every year.. just never see advertising or anything for it? I don't want to miss it! When is it? Details?

Ventura?? It will be the largest show west of the Mississippi. This is the first time the Nat'l APA show has been on the west coast. You'll see birds that are not available in this area

Entries for Perris was due 9/6 judging is 10/8

from Orange County!

Those of you looking for chicks, Midway City Feed gets in a fresh supply every Wednesday all year round. They're located off the 405 fwy at the Beach Blvd exit. They tell me that they can sometimes take orders for breeds. You'd have to ask.

WESTIDE IN THE HOUSE. I live in the Brentwood Palisades area (near santa monica, belair westwood) :DDD

I'm in Pomona. I also buy my feed and supplies from Pomona fuel and feed. They also have chicks. I just went and bought 10 crosses for some freezer meat. Bought them couple days ago and havn't lost a one. I bought my RIR's from Belt hatchery last year. I will be hatching out more RIR chicks from those birds on the 27th if anyone is interested. I have four chicks in the brooder right now. I think there is only one pullet in the bunch though.
