Show me UGLY coops- where my peeps at?

I've been thinking along the lines of a wood deck underneath, to help keep the mud down, in addition to predator control. I might put hardware cloth underneath that, to keep rats out.

I move my pen around around for fresh grass about every other day

Their sheshack is a rabbit hutch and a pre fab coop that I basically sewed together
And here is their seldom utilized run: a gift wrapped palm tree

Don't hate it! You made that, be proud of it! Never hate your creations. Some paint, decoration, a little landscaping around.You know maybe a little stone path,some garden statues it could be absolutly adoreable.

Ill jump on this thread. This is my old as dirt, shed turned coop. Its been moved 100 times and needs repairs every other week. Holding together with a lot of hardware cloth.

We got this for free from someone who said he kept four chickens in it.....we took off the doors and now it is just a pass-through attached to our chunnel. Major ugly, not sure how he did it!!

I liked it too! Structural integrity is far less important in chicken coops than it is in people housing. And square? Don't even bother getting out that level, you'll spend hours obsessing over square/level when it doesn't matter the least bit. I love farm construction, LOL!!

My old thing has been painted over and over so many times. I check it regularly for holes and fix them and fix them and fix them. But, oh how I dream of a big beautiful coop. One with a porch and flower boxes.
