My buddy who adopted 3 of my oldest pullets from 2015, said he was getting an egg a day.

And my 2015 white pullet started laying but stopped after the cold snap we got.

Cool. I never really expect any eggs til spring but it's always nice to get a few. I eat a bunch of eggs and I haven't been getting a whole lot lately from my layers. Most are still molting some are getting old.

yea no way I would hatch any either. Weather being the biggest factor.

I already had a to cage up a couple chicks in the shed.. They weren't doing well during the cold nights.

Hey shubin it is interesting I have that leiper pullet still free ranging. On rainy/windy days like today she goes to bed in one of my coops. Smart enough to not head to the trees. She does this every rainy night.
