i got a question. In severe weather like that where the h*ll was he putting his birds? Cause I've had pens flipped in 70 mph winds and pouring rain and they didn't much care how bad the weather got they were still going at it. I've always pondered what I would do in that event. Ain't got enough room or drop pens for all of them in the shed.

He has a cock house that has 16 flypens and enough room to put 30+ drop out pens in it, it's built with center block walls.

Thanks SDM! That is your Miner hen in the pic, she is a great setter. Her first clutch was 12 out of 12 and she has gone back on another clutch. Not sure this time, but I think there may be 11-12 eggs. They are due to hatch next week, but she sticks really tight to that nest.

good to hear. Ima let 3 pair of splash set once more and I'm done. I would like to have a few more splash my original brood fowls getting old
