Definitely something burrowing in the garden beds in the shared garden/coop area... can't blame deep tunnels on my busy hens. I am going to have to dig out the beds and put chicken wire down and then refill the beds.

I spent all morning at the hospital, hubby has a blood clot in his leg, so spending time with him right now watching Godzilla films. I figure it is the chemo therapy meds that finally caused the clot. I hope this last round of things they did stops the cancer or the next step is sawing it out of his bone and serious reconstruction surgery so he can still have partial use of that arm. So sucks, he has already over come so much from military service, had to learn to walk and talk again and then this. He can bicycle thank god; but walking his gait is so poor; so he goes bicycling with the dudes and that keeps him focussed on something other than being ill.

I may need to consider pulling one bed out and relocating it and putting in more bricks so he can get out to that area with a walker if he wants... don't know yet. He is so unstable when walking I can't have him help in the yard. I would like to get it better set up so he can enjoy it. He is stubborn and I fear one day I will find him hurt in the yard because while I am at work he decided to "help" me. I will have to get it cracking on the back after the appointment tomorrow to get hitch set up on truck for future needs, so I don't worry about him tripping and face palming it while I am at work.

I should probably build some steps or a ramp up to the floating deck too... the deck off the sliders has extra wide steps already for a walker.

ha, yeah I had to shift little ones around. 6 blues went to a big pen, the above ground pens are now stags 1 in #1, 3 in # 2, 1 in #3, and 2 in #4

Next will be singles in domes

I should've penned a few before they disappeared.

sorry to hear I commend u for forseeing and getting ready now. Oncology as a whole is full of dedicated professionals. I see the behind the scenes often and I have a great respect for them. From new research to the labs and the surgeons, physicians, nursing staff etc
