I can see it now, two religions based on egg shape. One from here and another from the other thread. Before you know it they will be at each others throats because of egg shell color. And you guys will have had a major hand in it.

my wife and I went a few rounds cause I was like its a grey stag and she's like well a kelso laid it. She obviously does not listen to logic cause even though a kelso laid it anybody with any seance can tell by the color its a grey!

Now how can you tell that, by the way it's leaning a little?

With a little practice and catching the hens on the nest, I can learn the tint, texture and shape of an individual hen's eggs. It's real easy when there is an older hen and a pullet!

Mine are still laying strong but its going to be 72 here with the low in the sixtys got to love this texas weather!

I take a little 60 degree weather right about now. We are supposed to be dipping down in single digits later this week.

when I gave my neighbor a dozen eggs he asked if I knew which hen laid which. I told him and he was shocked. When u see them everyday u learn. But it was 3 obviously different hens
