man fighters are tamable... I've done it. I was skeptical before, but I officially tamed the worst one I have.. just needed some TLC.. This was him before
That isn't a manfighter by a long shot!! I'm serious no bullsh*t. I used to think the same thing til I actually was dealing with a real manfighter. I even bred him. Guess what just culled two stags off him for the same sh*t one which was as bad as the original. The manfighters I've had don't stop and ain't just pecking like a laying hen chief or an occassinal kick here and there. They will keep coming. Shuffling over and over. They bite like a d*mn dog. Your experience with your birds are likely far different than others.

i agree i used to have a mean rooster i got him to quit by picking him up and petting him whenever he was an ******* it was brutal punishment for him just keep your face out of reach
Laying breed rooster? I've had one too, an Easter egger. I have pullets that hit harder than he did.

Either way it's not exactly a claim to fame. It's a pain to deal with and complete waste of time and money.

J Shubin, you will have more diversity in any chicks hatched from your mixed game rhode island red cross.
if you choose to go forward with the project, you should kill the males, use the pullets for eggs.

ps, how about adding some roadrunner blood, it might help with that environment over there, lol
