I will stir this pot properly and be 100% correct when doing so. Every single game line on planet earth, no exceptions, are derived from ancestors that were dunghill. Not just prior to development of dead gameness, afterwards as well. It likely occurred many, many times. Saying the games were developed over many cocker's lifetimes is also a major understatement. The number is in the middle hundreds if my math is correct and progression was not always linear or forward.
