Oh ok. I do the same whenever I go somewhere. I hate touristy sh*t. I wanna experience a place the way it really is not how it seems when everything is catered to you. Only thing is I take a tent and sh*t in the ground.its real website where people rent out a bedroom. They do it all the time during Mardi gras here. I want to but my wife thinks an axe murderer would book. Always wanted to go to Germany and with a nonstop flight now here to Frankfurt it just may happen. Would like to do an Airbnb to experience at a calm local level. Like everyday normal life. I think I'd be pretty cool
51 pens and a lot of rain. That's alot of straw

the ones back in the day were in habitates as opposed to just pens. The guy I spoke of the other day with the ducks had them but honestly I don't remember what they looked like. Greens he had to have in an aviary cause he had to be able to regulate the temp and humidity for them to live. He also had Palawan peacock pheasents and blue crowned pigeons in with them. It was set up like a jungleJungle Fowl are bred pure by some and used by others to improve or introduce or reintroduce various traits they want often in long tail type breeds but also some game fowl and people trying to create unique hackle or saddle feather patterns or unique combs.
I enjoyed our Jungle Fowl hen we had in the past and so did hubby, and her physical abilities were amazing... compaired to her domestic sisters. She was an excellent sentry for the flock. She was commonly mistaken for something other than chicken by people comparing her to the various breeds in my yard at the time... She by the way was a gift to our family. We are currently assuming she was red jungle fowl... however she has given to us as a "Vietnamese Jungle Bird" we are assuming the Vietnamese subspecies of RJF.
Anyone ever run a black soldier fly culture?
