Good morning! When does the shrimp season start back again?

Soon wildlife and fisheries just announced it but I forgot. I want to say August 20something. I used to work wingnets and would do it again in a heart beat. Whatever you pulled through you caught. I remember one night one of the nets got ripped up from something Captain said a shark but we never saw it

Yeah it's an adrenaline rush when that net frame starts jerking and you're wondering what's under the boat in that net at night. and it ain't like you can go anywhere lol. We used to pull up all kinds of stuff. Us deckhands got to keep any fish we wanted he just wanted the shrimp. Caught alot of crabs too since with those nets you're skimming bottom

I watched a dozen or more videos of the protesters clashing.. and a few websites. I am def on that list.
