Brooders yes. The incubators went in the trash. I have plenty of birds and plenty of hens to hatch any that I want now.@roosterhavoc are thosse really your brooders and incubator?
Yes sir. I was shooting my compound too he was wanting to try it. lol he couldn't even hold it. I have a hoyt katera. Last time I had it checked it was pulling 74 lbs.Start'em young and they become a pro by their teens.
You can't go wrong with the Martin's, the main thing you know is the way fit the shooter. I grew up shooting recurves because there was no compound bows.Anybody ever shoot any of the Martin takedown recurves? I was looking at getting a recurve of some type. Haven't decided yet.
I'm leaning toward one of the martins since the Hoyt's are too expensive. I've already paid a ton for the katera and it's 10 yrs old I guess now. It's a great bow but I don't think it's any better than a bow that's half the price I paid which was I believe $750 in I think 2007 maybe 08. Can't remember. My wife has a bowtech equalizer it wasn't cheap either.I too have been thinking about getting a takedown bow of some sort. I think it would be an awesome test to deer hunt with one.
I've been shooting a Bowtech Admiral at 70lbs for years now. It's such a smooth, quiet bow to shoot.
