For with first brood. Looks like two males and two females based head coloration.


Four with first brood. Looks like two males and two females based on head coloration where the head spot is character is concern. What I think are males have a diffuse head spot while the females have a tight head spot. Method of sexing fairly reliable in pure American Dominiques but not find picture of the crele dom games. When I crossed by games in similar manner, chicks were all black with exception head spot that was typical of female. Spot not effective for determining sex with those.

Had to make some adjustments to my electric fences. Was shorting somewhere down the line where I have regular fencing and electric wires. I unplugged it a few times as I'm testing it. Well my wife on the other side found where the wire was touching about the same time I'm hooking up a t post clip. Damn near blew my thumb off. Lol still hurts.
Better to use a screwdriver instead of your hand.

Threw away my incubators, heat lamps etc.. burning the brooder boxes. I was getting tired of looking at it all in my shed. Gotta make room for all my hunting stuff.
