I think that fully visible stag on the right is the dominant one. Seems to have confidence and looking for challenge.

Actually those stags aren't in front of each other. The stag your talking about was interested in the pullet. But regardless he's a little more mature. Simple to tell just by looking at him.

I try to support the local shops but they didn't have much of what I was looking for. Not one broadhead over 125 grains and the only traditional arrows they had were carbon express trads. I wasn't about to pay $90 for a 1/2 dozen arrows that are made in China. Think I'm gonna get me some heavier eastons.

Well if I measure my own draw length it's 28.8 but my arrows I've always used for my compound are 28.5 from the valley of the nock to the end of the shaft. Been using the same arrows with the longbow with about 1 1/2 in sticking out over the riser. So new arrows I'll probably get 29 in. So I don't inadvertently slice my finger off lol

I think I draw a little less with the longbow. I can't go any shorter than 28.5.

Sounds good. Not sure which heads to go with yet.
