I just seen em on some guys game hens and figured is ask as like ya said the ones you want to breed are the ones that you usually can't. Thought it may be a way to work around such issues.

I'm no different than most. I have a lot of birds and can be more selective that's all. I'm much quicker to cull hens/pullets than I am stags. Hens are more important.Havoc you don't mess around, I feel like you would cull for a discolored fingernail lol
Not sure what you mean by experimented. I've used them before. They can barely see well enough. I would say if they are fairly aggressive to begin with that it might lessen the aggression some but that wasn't why I used them. The particular birds I used them on were also kinda flighty so they weren't high on the list.Have you experimented with peepers to determine effects on hen - hen aggression?
Never tried with aggressive birds. At best you'd end up with less than perfect feathers and unhappy birdsAggression sequence where it is mutual involves a lateral display. The peeper might disrupt that making so aggressive intent less impactful or less likely to be sustained. It must operate before birds come to full blows. Even when unable to see at all they will fight based on sound alone, but partial vision might stop real fighting.
