Literally impossible for me to eat fried fish or raw oysters without hotsauce, just thought I'd add that, anyway......
Whats the popular hot sauce in Lousiana?

We typically use fresh salsa here in California. But Tapatio and Sriracha are the most popular pure hot sauces. Tabasco was king, but I think its losing popularity.

Tabasco isn't really that popular with the locals at least the people I know. But pretty much all u get in restaurants

No time for BS I say what I mean and call it like I see it. If I hadn't seen good American lines I wouldn't be on this thread looking for serious breeders that know their birds and will good sportsmen. I can take criticism as I give it freely. I know the strengths and weaknesses of my birds as should any worth while breeder. I host a summer show at a private location in the summer of anyone has something to prove. I'm just saying

I'm sure your fowl are good. But if we said "imported Orientals weren't good", you wouldn't be too warm to welcome us either.

We all take pride in our American games and strive to produce better and better fowl.

We will be respectful to those who give us respect. I don't think you meant any disrespect in what you said. But some people are more sensitive than others... Some of us watch Disney movies and hug bunnies @roosterhavoc
