Almost done. I changed the design mid way and ran short of wood because of it. 3 stall

I am building that coop for @sdm111 s remaining 3 stags (not including the blue who already is penned). Despite all this talk about how "game" they were going be, they are acting just how my fowl have always acted... They were exactly 4 months old on Saturday and they aren't destroying each other yet, even tho they play-fight on occasion. They get punked by the older stags and keep the younger stags in check; just like nature intended.

I am impressed with them.. they have done very well surviving and have a good immune systems. I may not pen them until they start beating up on eachother, just to give them more time to mature free range.

Dang shubin 4mo they still lil children. Give it time. I am glad they doing well. **** gets real at about 7_8mo or so when they reach sexual maturity.

So I traded Fedor this weekend... Goodbye my sweet champion.

But I got a nice YLH hen with a single spur... she is freaking mean and cannot be penned with other hens, and she already laid two eggs in the two days I've had her.

And I got a nice looking pullet.. guy said she was 1/2 ylh x 1/2 pumpkin husley. about 4 months old. high station.

update on my spangled butcher
After keeping his foot cleaned and medicated the swelling has went down a lot to where the fever is almost gone out of his foot and he is also putting pressure on it now its still sore but looks ten times better
That's cool. Blue kote seems to be the easiest and fastest to use any time I see cuts or if roosters dig in to the back of hen etc.. Although I somehow manage to get it all over me too.

Nothing unusual these two stags were over 4 months and penned together.
