That is a cool story. I have never had a hawk come close when they're out on cords. I got a ruble I guarantee could drop a coopers stone dead outta the air if given the opportunity.Wish I had a pic to share, but the story is cool too... I was standing in the kitchen talking on the phone this afternoon as I watched one of SDM's stags out on a tie cord. A Coopers hawk swooped in from behind the the stag, only to be greeted by the stag turning in the air. The hawk made a U-turn and the young stag stood there strutting as if asking for another try. I have heard stories, but never witnessed such a display!
