What have we here?

As far as man fighters go I'm not so sure that it's past on from the parents I have only ever bread one other man fighter than the one Im breeding now it was a brown hennie I got 2 stags out of him and thay where the gentlest birds I have ever delt with thay would almost walk right up to me that brown hennie was so hard to handle he sunk his spur right in my friends forarm are and it got infected it was not good that was one mean bird...

I spoke of having one that I don't trust but that same cock eats out of my wife's hand and in the same breath he can't stand still giving me the one eye. He produces some awesome sons and so far none of them act like him but they dang sure perform like him. I have a buddy that has a Kelso brood cock that acts just like Havocs towards him, yet I can walk up to him pick him up and he'll never hit or bite me once. I had one last year that would tare my nephews legs up and would never hit anyone else.

Hey guys. Finally got back around to getting back on all the forums and I'm finally getting caught up and noticed everyone had moved from the Show off Your Games thread to here so I figured I would to. Anyways this summer was rough on my birds and Im down to 3 cocks and 4 hens with one more setting and my grey hen is laying. Gonna be late hatches but I really need some more to replenish my stock. On a positive note I got a roundhead from a legit game breeder so I guess that's a plus. @sdm111 are you going to the Slick Lizard b-b-q this year ? I just learned of it but I plan on attending next year.

I have a Kelso brood cock like that, his life goal is to kill me yet someone I know can go right in and handle him no problem.

Good to see u back teal. No not going to any bbq I'm too social phobic for those type events. Don't know them anyway.

Any of you ever used the 18% protein feed that's made for birds in molt ? I got some to try it and they seem to like it but I can't really tell if it's made a difference or not yet.

I think I could walk in and sit down and this one would hit me, I haven't pushed my luck but that's the way he acts, yet Janet can go in there and hand feed him, give him fresh water, and pick up eggs no problem. He has a total different attitude with her. Lol he's a Kelso too, the Kelso I bred last year was gentle, very easy for me to pick up and move to another pen, but would jump all over my nephew.
