had some ridiculous storms come through today. Fun stuff. That was my low budget cigar lounges
Straight line winds are no joke! Honda Civic flipped over at a nearby mall parking lot. Should have seen me jumping curbs trying to get home. All I could picture were 40 dumped over pens.

When bigger winds hit, they do not just dump over. They go rolling sometimes fairly long distances like a couple hundred yards and they somehow can clear fence rows where they have to get 15 feet up to get past a wall of trees. Pens properly anchored then get smashed flat. If covers pop off early then no damage. I am going back to the easy to pop off covers.

I'd suggest the half hitch knot and nylon twine if u want something to release. It'll hold itself as long as the tarp is tied with tension but with the flapping of wind would release. And a double half hitch for higher wind

I have attachments that give when needed and quick enough. Problem that will be overlooked is attachments also prone give when they do not need to in moderate winds. They do not give all the time but enough so about every other day I have pen that needs a little tidying up.
