What is boss I'll say this he is thin and even when he eats I can't really fell his crop I was taking a hard look at Marek's but I'm praying that is not the case and his stool is some what firm at times but other times wet I no that his face has gotten red again...

BOSS (Black Oil Sunflower Seed) has a lot of shell that does not digest well making for a nice plump turd, If the BOSS shells shoot though wet then you have a good sign something very much off with the digestive tract.

I doubt you are messing with Mareks as you would not likely see swelling of feet. Also face color would go white only in latter stages when bird close to dead.

Lack of crop fill is a concern.

Looks good. I had a nice birchen x hatch cross stag a few years ago. The mother was an unknown birchen I had acquired in a trade, and the father was my Hatch broodcock (Fabio) that is my profile picture. Unfortunately all passed away from various coyotes and dogs attacks.

The hen is doing good well I had the soft egg issue today but besides that she is healing up I let her walk the yard some while I watch her and about wes I've seen some of his videos online he tries not the sharpest knife in the drawer but seems OK...
