Yeah I don't particularly care for the extremes either way. The heat and humidity gets sickening though. I've been out west to Idaho during the summer. The dry heat I can handle no problem.I'll take the sportsmen paradise over what you get in the winter havoc.
I've been to Lousiana at fort Polk years ago. The two weeks I was there in sept the heat index was between 105-114. We went to bourbon street at like midnight at it still felt like it was over 100. Couldn't remember where we parked the army's van that we shouldn't have been using for personal use. Found it around 7 am. That's a different story though.I agree but I will admit it gets warm and there's only so many clothes one can remove before its a misdemeanor
10 degrees here today. You know it's cold when u roll your ankle on a frozen chicken turd.Yeah Aug Sept walk outside at 9pm and its like a sauna. Sticky damp 92 degrees and 100% humidity of wonderfulness so u just can't wait for how 2-4 pm will be

Nice. I'm jealous. Cold today, snow again tomorrow changing to ice and 2" of rain on Tuesday.
Thankfully my extremes in weather are now. It rarely gets crazy hot and humid. It does just not for long periods of time.
