My lot floods from a good rain but my issue comes more from when we get a strong south wind and it pushes the water up. I'm in the lowlands the only thing between me and the water is the marsh so the grade is extremely gradual.

inches ... not feet? thats crazy. when the sea swells to your property are you considered at sea level? haha

I am at 900 feet. with an extra 500 ft hill behind me.
