I have have a trio of warhorse bacon the stag is 5 month old the the pullets are 4 I keep them separate since I figure the stag will try to mate with them and I don't want him to mess them up. At what age is the best to put them together? I'll be posting pictures soon I'm in love with them

Have three pits all from rescue and not from breeders. Been around n with pits my whole life. Just a personal preference of The individual. We have had springer spaniel, Alaskan malamute, Norwegian elkhound, the ankle biter, Dalmatian, chocolate lab, and Burmese mountain dog. So yeah we have had a few. 1000-3000$ is about normal for a normal dog with papers and I used to date a girl that shows dogs so I have met a few people with dogs (trained). Anyways have a good night everyone. Oh yeah the guy that breeds Shepard is actually a byc member.

We use to hog hunt and sell dogs that were mixbreed four and five different ways foe 3 to five thousand in my opinion mix is better than purebred any day.

I would delay intorductions till spring when stag is better than 8 ,months old. What kind of penning facility do you have?

My two cents ,dogs i dont like, ,LABs black ones always ill especially if mixed ,Pits they have a use hog hunting, Pyrennes Roam alot gotta be behind electric fence or they will be at your neighbours, I think its my opinion that you cant tell a Mental dog until it s bout a year old ,and the high bred dogs just have issues ,In my job i see lotsa dogs good and bad ,when people dont use the dog in a way that the dog is bred thats where the dogs get bored and develop issues ,Labs i see wouldnt know what a duck is all they are being used as a watchdog, pyrennes gaurding one goat dont work so they take to wandering ,And Pits no kidding our selves what is a pit bred for Grabbing something and holding on .
