yep.. thats the beauty of science, but its usually at the cost of someones pride/work/reputation.

I wanted to see the dinosaur chicken embryo they developed in the egg with teeth and tail. Culled them before they hatched tho :(
took a guy a full year to tell that the color pigment of two different feathers would have been black or gray on one and brown/chestnut on another. Patience my friend. All I find when I dig is old kids toys and bottle caps

I have not used that but it looks like something you use under the rooging not as roofing. In the past I used plastic roof stuff or tarps. Right now the pen (which is small) is covered with roof shingled plywood but my pem is tiny small. (just right for 2 birds)
how's that hen doing

All I find is a granite rock mountain about 1 foot under the dirt (aka hard pack clay).

I am not sure on the material at Home Depot. It looked kind of interesting. It seemed heavier than Tyvek type material, but not by a lot. It was light weight and almost looked like a woven fiber in it so thought it might hold up well enough compared to cheap tarps. I thought maybe rolling the corners and edges a little would offer enough reinforcement for zip ties or staples. Always thinking chickens. lol
