I don't have a problem but I wouldn't expect many answers lol
Everything I have came from eggs except one pair of blacks. I paid a couple hundred for the pair. They were worth it. I like to raise my own though. All things being equal and if the eggs are coming from good birds I like my chances this way. It will most likely cost me more in time, money, aggravation, frustration etc...but unfortunately experience is the best teacher. Sometimes you just have to literally make every mistake along the way to truly learn what not to do.What's the most y'all have paid for gamefowl?
As long as your happy with what you got for your money that's all that matters. Take it for what it's worth but there isn't much good that can come from breeding a gamecock to layers. Going backwards in my opinion.I paid $100 for the mcleans but he was having to moving and had a boat load of all types (he said he paid $250 for him as a quail size, but idk nor care) I'm happy with em as is, but as of now the spangled is with my Swedish flowers kinda curious as to what hatches out. The pullet I got with him is still to young as of yet to breed "pure".

What should your plans be with the offspring? Half game/half layer too aggressive to be housed together as layers normally would be yet not "game" enough to be worth a sh*t as gamefowl. Thats the kinda sh*t that ends up for sale on CL. My opinion only. They are yours so do what you want with them.I didn't figure much would it's just a lets see
What happens type deal no real rhyme or reasoning.
$800 for a pair, I know of 1 trio bought for $20k and back in the 90s a lot of the best trios were sold for $5kWhat's the most y'all have paid for gamefowl?
