I don't remember the exact prices on any of the pelts and hides but I know I never had anything sell for over $85. We're talking about 30+ years ago, I worked offshore on a drilling rig 14 days on and 14 days off. On my off days I could trap every morning and hunt in the evening, during the off season I could condition or show roosters or go fishing. My father worked in the gulf too and our days off was staggered a week, so if he started a show I would compete. It was according to where and what Saturday it fell on to which one of us put them through a keep, some of the times we were both home on Derby day. Wish I could spin that clock back every now and then.

If I would have leaned back he would have stung me. Drove 20 miles or so in a construction area with nowhere to pull over.

Sting not as bad as paper wasp. Only do so defensively so not smashing good. We had one that would fly down multiple hallways with turns inside a hog barn to reach nest rather than change route to go in and out overhead door we opened right next to its nest. With a fast walk you could keep pace with her when carrying mud balls or a spider.

Are you using pc or phone?

With pc use ghostery or ad blocker - works great. I turned mine off just to see what's up, good grief....
