Ok enough. Now your just rubbing it in!thanks everyone, its been a struggle but im getting over it, time heals all wounds //i got lucky to find two girls that were into simple living, it really does help getting to cuddle up between the both of them lol // the house is 12ft x 20ft with two lofts, i put hardwood floors in, cedar on the walls and some drywall work, im about to start some tile work where my woodstove is about to be installed. and do some more drywall upstairs and it will be done completely. I am building a separate bathroom building and i am going to build a separate kitchen building, I have been cooking over a fire for months, not bad unless its above 80 degrees outside lol im building it all as i come up with the money but i havent worked a regular job for 5 years so it's a slow process
It appears I am not the only one that noticed.I have watched some of those threads. Many participants may have issues with males, period. The collars are a form of control as much as to reduce sound production.
I'm telling you it's getting bad. So much misinformation it's pitiful. Somebody just has to be right instead of taking the most effective approach. Doesn't make sense to me.It appears I am not the only one that noticed.
Rural folks here killing too much. And not stopping loss of birds. Locally, I am an odd ball in not suffering complete losses. City folks here also have fewer options, legal or otherwise to protect birds.I'm telling you it's getting bad. So much misinformation it's pitiful. When it comes to animals I guess the problem is nowadays many people would rather deter only and not kill anything. When you have people that live in rural areas that have that mindset. All hope is lost.
If you have the space for chickens and your losing them to predators I would think you trap them. Just because they can't fire a volley of #4 buck out the back door doesn't mean they don't have options. Sounds like an excuse.Rural folks here killing too much. And not stopping loss of birds. A lot of the urban critters are trap-wise because so frequently targeted. Density for critters also higher in town than out where I am. The abundant night life options also distract one from necessary time investment needed to deal with predators. If you have the space for chickens and your losing them to predators I would think you trap them.
