For food and water cups I use quart size v bottom cups that hang on the pen for individuals and pairs. Trios have 1/2 gallon cups for water. Smaller for feed cups. Only buy the black cups if you go with that set up. The gray cups are thinner and only lasted 2 yrs before the started cracking. Could be from banging the ice out of em but the black cups are more of a pliable heavy duty plastic.

Yeah eBay. If your building pens build them as big as you can. I have 4x4, 4x5, and 4x8. I wouldn't go any smaller than 4x4.

Depending on how many stags/pullets you have if would better to build them bigger and keep the pullets together in 1 or 2 pens. It would probably be cheaper anyway. A few bigger ones vs a bunch of little pens.

Ima keep the pullets in the 7x4 they are in now they are causing no problems just yet. Just separating the cockrels for now.

Shubin has a good setup to separate young males.

The easiest way is to put a feeder and water out and just turn them loose. Free!
Collect the survivors in a few months.
