I buy it already mixed from Big V Feeds, one of the best feeds I've found, clean, and very little powder. They have several choices of feed with different protein levels. I feed 3.5 to 4oz. per bird over 6 months and stags when they get penned up.

Flypen, do you mix your own ration or do you purchase a pre-made ration? Is 4oz for mature stags and cocks?
