I like to keep what I can pure but sometimes I work with what I've gotAs far as I know all my hatches are hatches and my Hulsey are hulsey. If I could have gotten a hen with my Leonard Bryant white kelso I would have and same with the Warhorse but I am not ashamed of what I have paired up one bit.

I like the looks of this drop pen. might slow the predators down more than some of the other pens I see. That's my trouble here. I'm only at the farm for about two hours a day. Otherwise poor critters are on their own versus wildlife! So I have to use inch square hardware wire otherwise I think the weasels and mink would still have a field day! If I keep the pens moving I have a chance if the critters don't spent too much time digging. Usually the in laws dog seems to know when a critter is around and will chase them off. But she too loves chicken a la rare...

Point?

I wonder if 08+ flares would work on my 01 guess I can take some measurements. Anyway time to hit the hay.
Oops... I meant to say that I'm sure all your fowl are fine and handle themselves well....
I was just trying to make a point earlier... that even tho a bird looks pure and the owner tells you it is, that doesn't mean it is pure.

I could lie all day to people about what I'm selling because anyone of them resembles a pure breed.... but I know they are crosses and sell them that way.
