I like nursery pots though because they have vent holes and I like black better than a colored bucket.. like home depot orange lol

I keep mine with some or no bottoms if they hatching in a dome after they hatch I just lift the bucket off and scoop up chicks and put more eggs in then put the bucket back and the hen goes right back to setting. If they in above ground cages obviously they are in wood or buckets with bottoms. Usually wood boxes
