Usually when I have young stags like that, they just need to settle things and they are good for a while. It seems to happen about 7 weeks of age, give or take.
 
This is about the 4th or 5th time and it gets worse every time. Birds were born June 9th. Instead of losing them while I'm away and the wife is laid up from surgery for the next 4weeks with me taking on 100% load I'd rather pen than play Russian roulette haha.

I understand. Hope all goes well for your wife and she has a quick recovery!
 
Is flypen okay? Haven't seen him post for a while and was hoping he was okay.

True Sweater Greys from Central NC, We have more roosters than we can handle in our small area. If there is anyone in the western NC area 30mins south of Boone, NC that would like to add a rare and beautiful breed to the flock please message me. I have 4 20weekers and 1 4-5 year old rooster. I am willing to part with the big guy under the conditions he is for breeding and not fighting and then i would ask to keep one small guy. I don't have a price I Would'nt know what they were worth as they are inherited to me.

Also yes i am aware this is not the classifieds area but im giving it a shot as they need to find their new home before winter. I will not ship but will work out something if possible.
