Teach, me? Nah, I'm self-taught and not as good as you guys think. I do like the quilt, though. It turned out pretty good.

Good morning, Dellie lovers! The heat is back - I put up another tarp yesterday and have TWO fans blowing towards Harriet and the chicks. The little Dellie chick is a character- surveying everything to see what it can get in to -

Oh Kathy!

I'm so sorry. The heat that you are having to deal with is so incredibly brutal. I'll be keeping your sweet boy in my thoughts.

I hope he pulls through. Dehydration can be such an insidious thing, creeping up slowly and almost unnoticeable. I hope you have a few bottles of something like a sports drink on hand to help hydrate him and get his electrolytes back in balance. Gosh darn it! What do they call that stuff? Ya give it to little kids when they're sick.

I can't remember the name of it, but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Keep us posted and let us know how he's doing.
