Yar Full Of It - running is good...do me a favor and take NOS (you can get it at WalMart) when you start lifting or running, it keeps nitric oxide in your muscles...good thing because it makes circulation so much better. I can tell you a "mom's" household workout to help your forearms...do some wrist curls with a can of soup. Try it for a few minutes and see how it feels.


On the Dellie Domination front...Cannonball has a new tactic in her mind control arsenal. She lauches herself towards you, stops suddenly and looks up at you sweetly then rubs her face on you...then gives you one last sweet innocent mind controlling look and hops out of the coop. Had me in here cooking a hot breakfast for them in a flash. But I am on to her now.

Cyn, Thor just crowed his little heart out after I got off the phone with his grandma. I talked to him about his rudeness to not crow for grandma when asked to do so. lol

So THAT is where Cora has gotten her high flyin' ideas- Cannonball has been mindspeaking her! She has started trying to fly to the top of the brooder - sometimes she doesn't quite make it, and flaps up, hooks her toe tips on the edge,and then can't haul her butt all the way up - down she drops, then she pouts for a minute, and tries again. Usually she makes it on the second try, then I put her on my arm for an on-high regal inspection of the peons below. Buckshot sits on the top of the waterer and waits for me to lift him out - flirt!

It was SO beautiful today- hope you were all out enjoying it!!!

Gorgeous day today. Spent much of it with a chicken on my lap. Was about 65 degrees! Even Zane was able to bask in the sun today.

My babies are out in the garden today...I am letting them stay out as long as possible because we have a nasty storm moving in here tonight and the next 4 days are cold and rain. *sigh* Poor Thor...he is such a love but he gets cranky to get out with his girls. Cannonball is a mess...although she is easily trained. Yes trained. I can sit down and pat my knee and say "Up Cannonball Up" and she comes hopping up for loves. she will hop anywhere I pat and say "Up Cannonball Up". I need to go get pictures of them...must do that right now. *she flies for the door*

Kira is on a nest tonight. Something is way off about her, for sure. I left her there to sleep, which is very odd for her. She is never one to sleep in a nest.

I just wish they'd all get over whatever is wrong, but now, I'm watching Kira, Phoebe and Maxie in the Dels and my little mixed breed hen, Olivia, too. Hopefully, everyone else is okay.
