No idea what I will ask. I guess the chicks will be less of course, but the layers, not laying...no clue really. I haven't ever sold any that weren't laying

I guess folks will just have to make me an offer.

I wish I were closer! I would purchase your Dels! I just lost one of my chicks and the other one doesn't even resemble a Del.

I can hardly wait to see how they turn out! Come spring time I am gonna breed and keep records of the outcome. Both of my roosters have good traits, and I wanna see how their offspring turn out with different hens. Ohhhhh, I am excited for spring to get here!

I'm very interested to see how they do myself. I'll be keeping records and such come breeding time in Spring.. Hopefully I'll have legbands by then, that'll help too!!

Thank you for all the warm replies! I know the chicks will be thrilled to hear them, later today, when I get home from my weekend job!

I love those lil rascals!

Not quite. We have one over protective roo and one faithfully producing hen; both RIRs... In the Spring I hope to rear up some LF Cochins... and then possibly some Pearl Guinea Fowl, too... I'll be splicing up the Cochins to a few different homes, only keeping just enough to brood chicks year round and keep themselves and the others with good flock numbers... The Guineas are for pest control in the garden and tick control in the forest.

Here's to hoping my endeavours pan out
