You would have to see them up close and all togeather. The 2 that are Big Boys are the 2 with the bluest necks. They look different than the other 4. One of the blue ones is bigger than all the rest. In fact he is huge!
In this picture the bird on the right has blue on his neck, he is 1 of your Black shouldered males, the bird on the left has green on her neck, she is your India Blue Pied hen, notice her solid brown shoulder feathers with a couple white feathers here and there. Also she has a uniform cream color on her breast beneath the green neck feathers. The males don't have that solid cream they are getting blue/green feathers down there as well as on their necks.
Another one of Thang. His train is by far the longest but then again he bailed early on breeding last summer by having a "stubby" by the end of July. His breeding timeclock is off just like everythng else with this bird.Notice he's doing the "duck and cover" down low peek-a-boo check? He's just not right in so many ways.
