Well, I let them out 2 at a time! All they seem to want to do is circle the pen and stick their head in!

Sounds like a good start.

Much better than letting them out and they flew away! This should get them used to being out and then coming back in, it will also give them a chance to get accustomed to noises or movements of other animals and people so they do not startle as quickly. 2 at a time they will not be quite as brave or bold as they would if the whole group was together.

they are learning about the world around them, they may spend months close to the place they are raised sense there are no other experienced free rangers to show them the ropes.

The first 1got out when I let the guineas out and flew about 200 feet so I said what the h--- I let a second one out and the first one came bk to the pen. The guineas didn't take too kindly if they got too close to their nest!
