Todays Cup Fashion Show entry.

This was for Tea . The cheese is Neufchatel, instead of Cream Cheese. Supposed to make me les fet.... Cherry preserves on top.

Sort of related to this, is what I will be making soon. Just came in the mail today

I have never made this or tried eating it, but always willing to explore new territory. This should be a creamy spreadable cheese.
